The people of Athens honor the general commanding the hoplites and gymnasiarch and priest of Zeus of Good Counsel and of Athena of Good Counsel, Loukios Phlaouios Phlamma from Kydathenaion (Lucius Flavius Flamma from Cydathenaeum), with respect to his justice and other excellence and his ambitions for his fatherland.
